I am on Netscape 4.7. Screen is huge. Site displays pages more slowly. I think one of the administrators needs create a new forum with just one thread allowed. This thread would invite all of our comments? This is the second thread that I have seen on this topic in this forum and I am sure there are/will be many more started in all the forums. Right now, I am but hopefully the webmasters can make our world again.

@ 1280x1024 it looks fine... but it does have a scaling problem. For instance, when I box the window... and manually resize the site SHOULD follow that size. It's doing it, only to an extent. This needs to be re-coded.

The overall new look I like, but could use some polishing.

Biggest thing for me... I'm on cable, and this site is now WAY slower than it used to be.

I agree, the pages are too big. This was never a problem before the pages were changed. I like the changes other than the size problem, but I do find it very annoying. I'd rather have the old page back with regular sizing than the new one and have to scroll back and forth. And I am using an updated version of IE.

With a five star rating and over 100 hits looks like
most of us agree we have a problem. I certainly feel
that way. I guess we all can type out their messages
like I am doing.

Yes, since the update the page is superwide. I have to scroll to the left and right when reading a post. It's kinda annoying. I'm sure they will fix it though.
I hope.

Sorry to sound so negative but, i think it sucks.

I dont to scroll back and forth, and yesterday when s2ki.com finally came back on i didnt stay on for a long time because i didnt like the new layout.

I guess i'll still be here alot but, i thought it was fine because the page used to fit perfect.

It's the left navigator. IMHO, it's a waste of valuable space. I run a 21" monitor at high res and still have to scroll to read messages.

We should at least have the option of removing the left navigator. If that can't be done, it should be removed altogether.

I don't have any problems but then again I am running 1600 x 1200 with IE6. With IE6 it does scale the pages properly when you use a smaller window. For those of you who don't do web development it is a true PITA to program for both Navigator and Explorer let alone different versions of those programs not to mention Opera and the other browsers that are out there. Those who rail about switching to Explorer must not realize that Netscape Navigator is the least compliant browser of the two by a large margin.

Switch to IE, and all your problems will be solved! I agree with the left-side being weird since it's shifting everything to the right unnecessarily. I'm only running at 1024x768 (and not even at fullscreen or maximized), and I don't have to scroll.
