Sometimes it gets really slow and doesnt load pics, etc. I just close the browser and reopen and its fine after that.

 

yup...and its very annoying..the first page takes 4ever to load up...my comp is brand new and i have a cable connection...every other site loads quick as hell

 

yeah its the slowest. the software needs to be updated too. doesn't show any previews of the threads when pointing the arrow at it. old school software

 

Yup, I get the same problem from work and home and I have high speed connections in both. Hopefully this issue will get resolved soon.

This is the slowest site that I go to also but that doesn't stop me. This site has so much useful information.

The search sometimes take forever to retrieve. Maybe thats the reason why people don't use the search feature as much as they should

Nope, not my computer. My work computer is 2.4 ghz, 1 gig of ram, T3 connection.

None of the vBulletin sites are all that fast, and the more activity there is, the slower it is. Check out http://www.my350z.com/, http://www.supraforums.com/, http://www.evolutionm.net/, http://www.rx7club.com/, http://www.nasioc.com/, and similar sites. Although some are faster than others, all of them still have a noticeable lag when loading. This site has more people using it and understandly lags more. Considering the number of users browsing this site at any given time, the speed doesn't seem all that bad (although sometimes a bit irritating).
