Default I'm Fat, 2020. Try, try, again.

After great success in 2019, I gained most of it back by the end of the year. Time to get back into the swing of things. My program will start on January 1, 2020. To those who need to take off a few pounds (or more) please join me. To those who stayed the course, I hope you continue on with me in 2020. Here's to a thinner new year!

Oops...I'm staying the course, but did not have a particular weight loss in mind. Holding steady at a weight that I consider acceptable. If I lose a few more pounds, that would be fine, too. Good luck in 2020.

I've found some of what I lost....I'll be hanging around here, but it's almost time to head to the Y. I know I need a second session of exercise each day and must control the snacking. That's my key to any weight loss/control.

I have dropped 12# by cycling, detailing and a diet change. Snacking being enemy #1. Trying to eat healthier and I feel so much better. Looking to lose about 8 more Lbs. then hold that weight.

I've not been on the scale in a couple weeks . . . don't want to know.

^ I know how that goes. I sometimes skip the scale and other times psych myself out first and get on.

I had dropped a total of 18 pounds but am now down only 8. I blame it on cold weather keeping me from riding my ElliptiGO. I'm still eating around the same but don't get in the exercise. I may have to get on the ElliptiGO on the trainer in the basement. I'll always be weight watching.

I'd be happy to drop 6 off and stay there.

To anyone looking for their lost weight, I found it.

Told my wife I'd like to lose 20 pounds of ugly fat. She said "cut off your head". I don't get any respect.
