Here's 2020. basically finished where I started.
little hump in the middle but one spike that i think is erroneous.
I usually weigh myself nude. so was likely with clothes and shoes etc.
but hey there is always next year.

There are biological reasons that is so hard to lose weight AND keep it off. And as far as exercise, yes it IS important for many reasons, but the truth is weight is more tied to food intake. At least that's what I get from this article. An intense hour of exercise may only account for burning off the calories = to a cookie or two. Too often our expectation of calories burned might result in over eating later that same day.
