Default Remote Fob

Hi,

My car came with an after market cat1 alarm with a dodgy alarm fob. I just wondered if I can replace it with a proper Honda one?

The current fob works the Alarm and unlocks the doors etc.... I want a new fob that looks nicer and is easier to operate.

If anyone can offer any advise I would appreciate it.

From time to time you can pick them up on ebay but they need to be taken to honda so they can programme them with your code. Never done it myself nor do i know the full cost.

According to this auction you can do it yourself.........???????

I did notice theres no boot release but you could always use your key

just to add, i think all honda key fobs are the same so if you do want boot release maybe this one is best
