hi, i just lost my car key yesterday, i used the second remote and key to open the door, the alarm just wont stop, and the remote and key is copied from honda dealer, they charge me 200 dollars for the new remote and key, but right now, the remote and key are not working, can someone help me out here, thanks!!

 

the remote fob can be programed through the ignition, but the key will need to be programed with a factory honda scan tool. i cant believe honda just sold this to you with out telling you this. i will pm you my cell phone number and i maybe able to walk you through programing your remote so you can turn your alarm off.

 

Agreed...I would take it back to honda and have them program everything correctly this time if nothing else. That was terrible customer service for them to leave you hanging on that one.
