DIY ITBs! o and a test pipe question

looks tacky, is on an evo site, but its done on a honda nonetheless. maybe its old and a repost but hey, sorry. thought i should post it up cuz i thought it was cool...
kinda off topic tho, ive searched around and still cant decide on which test pipe would work best for me? NA build, ive got a 70mm exhaust, stock headers for now (not for long i hope) and an FIPK. should i go 60mm, 63mm or 70mm test pipe?
