Default S2000 Registry-Vintage Style

You might've seen this thread started by Legal Bill:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...ic=783950&st=0

In it he wondered if any of our cars met before we did. That was based on the VIN numbers of the car and the assumption that cars with consecutive VIN numbers were "sibling" cars. That is cars produced one after another. That question sparked an idea. The idea of creating a Registry of S2000s.

All of the great collectable, classic cars have a registry. It is a catalogue of those cars known to exist, and oftentimes a listing of those cars that no longer exist. We decided that now that the S2000 is out of production and well on its way to becoming a collectable/classic car it too needed to have a registry.

Our registry has been very successful. In the short, two week period that we've been collecting data, we've accumulated data on well over 450 cars. You can view the latest updated registry here:

I have noticed that we aren't getting as much participation from Vintage as we are getting from some of the other forums, so I'm posting this in Vintage as an invitation for everyone here to participate.

If you'd like to participate please post the following:

1. your screen name
2. the model year of your car
3. the last 4 digits of your VIN
4. the exterior color
5. the interior color
6. your city
7. your state
8. your country
9. whether or not you still own the car.

I update the data every night and post it to Google Docs. Before I post the data, I sort it by year and then by VIN number. This is to sort the cars out and help to determine if we have any sibling cars.

I will post a link in this thread every night so that you can view it. My co-collaborator, s2k4play has created a website where he's put some very interesting data derived from the registry which he updates once a week. You can view it here.

Anyway, I hope you'll participate. We'd like to make the Registry as complete as possible.

Thanks.
