i ordered a carbon downforce lip to go under my oem ap2 lip but it didnt come with any hardware, instructions, 3m tape etc.. do i use the same hardware thats holding my oem lip on? and buy 3m tape? anybody with this lip, how did you mount it? pics please

 

Interested to hear some answers as I just ordered one on Tuesday as well. I thought it was supposed to come with the tapes and bolts, but maybe I am wrong about that!

It should be simple enough to install though as it should bolt up to the factory holes. Might need some longer bolts and tape. I'll let you know what mine comes with when I get it in a few days (ordered Tuesday, not shipped yet).

 

it mounts to oem locations. I dremeled a hole in the bumper at the edges and used a nut and bolt to secure it, instead of using tape

 

@rackon, who did you order from?

 

No tape needed and it will bolt up to the factory mounting locations. I had to bore out the 3 middle holes a bit IIRC, and had to drill 2 small holes into the bottom of the OEM lip to mount the ends.
