Alright since people keep asking me to separate the lip I'm going to see if the side holes will show after installing the standard lip. I know that this was a standard bumper (not a predrilled CR bumper) and I know that ALL the holes were not drilled.

Stay tuned, will know by 5pm (for those that want the lip only)
