You are correct.

Although, a majority of all AP1 drivers running the EK Fogs are usually non-oem. Regardless of OEM or not, Cutting into the bumper is still a must so I don't see why it would differ. I believe that the OEM JDM Yellow EK Fogs are about $299+

$95 Shipped Sounds perfect to me.
