im pretty sure .. the offset is a +45 with a concave in the wheel .. but if it wont fit you can always run a 5mm spacer and it will fit ..

if you can measure how much bigger it is width wise i can have Mike measure the width from the stock caliper to the inside portion of the rim .. then i can see if it will work without a spacer
