Sorry, but doesn't work with Pioneer. This is what I got from PAC's site:

Works with JVC, Alpine, Clarion and Kenwood radios with wired remote inputs

Yes, it will work for all the dash functions. The regular PAC unit does not allow you to use the MUTE function, but this one has been specially wired to control MUTE as well.
