It will fit an 06+. The only mod needed is for the IAT. It's simple. Also, you'll need 06+ injectors and flashpro.

With the high boost pulley, and tuning, what HP is this kit capable of???

Depends on what size pulley you get. The smaller it is the greater the boost.
You can get anywhere from 300-360 whp.

Yes it will.

For stock pulley is not needed only get a dyno to measure your (AFR) air,feul ratio and make from 280-300hp without any upgrade.
