FS: Comptech Tower Bar modified and IMPROVED!

Hi,
For sale are:
1. Modified Comptech Tower Bar ("strut bar")
2. J's Racing Engine Torque Dampener (ETD) (with original mount) SOLD!!!
3. J's Racing Engine Heat Shield for use with their ETD SOLD!!!
As you can see, the Comptech Tower Bar has been modified in 2 ways: it has been stripped and polished (I believe the original was painted), and it has had a bracket fabricated and professionally welded to attach an ETD, without needing to cut your fuse box mount or using the PuddyMod bracket. After welding, the brackets were painted black, and look really good. Paint job (powder coated?) was excellent. So, not only does it look better than the original, this is also the best performing ETD mount possible, as there are no flexing joints, and everything is seemlessly integrated. Very clean. Also, in my opinion I paid top $$$ for this bar since it is the very best ever made for the S2000. It is aluminum so it doesn't flex as much. It's very light, and there are ZERO flexing joints. The very best, bar none.
Also included (or sold seperately) is the J's Racing ETD itself. The sticker is missing, but I guarantee its authenticity. There is a paint chip here and there, so the price would reflect that.
And also being offered, or included, is the J's Racing Engine Heat Shield for use with the ETD. If you are to use your stock heat shield, you will need to cut a small hole through it. Or you can use this. As you can see, it's dirty, so if you want it to look perfect, you'll have to sand it down and polish. NOTE!!!: I did not actually use this item in conjunction with the mod'd Comptech bar. It is possible you would still need to enlarge the existing hole, as I am not sure if the mounting position of the ETD is the same as the standard J's mounting position.
Okay, so, as for pricing, if sold seperately I would like:

2. J's Racing Engine Torque Dampener: sells for ~$265 new, so I think $127 picked up (+$15 for shipping) would be fair: SOLD!!!
