sorry for the late replies.

the exhaust was too loud for my taste which is why it was taken off...but compared to most s2k with exhaust that i hear at meets or on the streets i would say it's still somewhat on the quiet side. vtec def. sounded insane it was made kinda on an impulse as i was having a really bad day that day.

it really isn't too loud i'm just really picky with noisy stuff on my car. my old Evo and now STi has 3'' catbacks with the biggest magnaflow muffler i can fit on the car and 40''+ of louvered resonator. it's barely louder than stock but i put the stock muffler back on the car anyways cuz only stock volume is acceptable to me.

a muffler shop (such as speedway muffler in Rowland, who made this exhaust) charges around $50 to cut off your stock y-pipe back and weld on this y-pipe back.

and LegendaryHarry yeah i have an RSTi, 2000 GC coupe with 2005 STi motor and 6spd. stg 2 custom tuned.
