The filter is a bit dirty, but i will clean it before i ship it out. The leg on the bottom that plugs into the stock box is broken, but it didn't cause any problems with the filter moving around or anything. So im selling this for 95 shipped including paypal for a quick sale. Or 80 picked up if you are local

No the foam is cleanable. Just rinse with water and most of the dirt should come right off.
