if you could please pm me ur number and let me know what needs to be done to fix the air leaks since i dont have the cover. Also this will work with my soft top still in?

Yes it will work with a softtop. You can bring the top to a bodyshop and have them fit it better. As far as I know, all of these tops have the same air leaks.
