FT: Rick's 7/8 windscreen
Details...
Mine: Rick's 7/8 windscreen with stock base. Installed using epoxy glue and cured for 48 hours. The windscreen is in great condition. The base is in good (but not great) condition. Tried to minimize the amount of glue that might have seaped out between seams, but there is a little bit still showing. Also, during the removal of the base, I scraped the back side of the base (where the screws are) with the screw-driver a bit. You're welcome to inspect before trading.
Yours: Stock windscreen with base. Decent condition is fine, as long as the screen itself isn't scratched. You can keep it attached to the car, no need to remove before meeting up. It only takes a minute to uninstall, and I want us to see each others' items before finalizing a trade.
Why: The windscreen is fine, but makes it difficult to use the "secret compartment". With the included rubber bumpers installed, this becomes impossible unless you realign the bumpers afterwards. If you can live with this, it's a great piece, but I could use the extra space in the car.
This is first-come, first-serve. Sorry, but I don't want to hold it for anybody, even if you can guarantee to meet me on such-and-such day. The first person who can meet me will get it. I work full-time, but I can be flexible after standard working hours.
If you want to do this, please call 213.448.9468. Any time is fine, but please don't call after 9pm on a weekday. I work early hours and sleep very early. If I do not pick up, leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible.
Thanks for looking!
