So that means it's not removable without taking off the hardware right? If so how long does that take.

Sorry for the late reply but it's about 15-30 minutes to remove the top for a single person. Keep in mind you're removing the two front and two rear Izzy brackets and replacing the front with the soft top OEM Catchers

Does this include the defrost rear harness? Because 99% of all HT sales don't include that!

No it will not... the rear defroster doesn't work unless you have the OEM hardware
