Default Lovefab GT1 Turbo set-up for 06-07 DBW S2000

Well I never did make it to get the car dyno'd and tuned. I almost made it once but ran into an issue with an exhaust leak due to not knowing a few washers that were used on the turbo manifold were aluminum. Which melted and caused the exhaust leak. Everything is fine now. I just lost the time and money to finish the project out. I also can't take the time to tow the car back and forth to So. Cali. to get it tuned at Autowave. I've decided my family will come first now instead of my car. I just had a baby boy that is 4 months yesterday to add to my family of 4 kids now. Alot of my time has gone into my car and not into being with my family and taking care of my house. I'm going to keep the car of course! Just not get into to deep with it. OK so heres a list of the parts I have. Most everything is geared for the AP1 or AP2 other then a few expcetions that are made for the DBW S2k's. The difference is the injectors, fuel pump and exhaust. I'm selling as a complete deal and not parting out unless there is a buyer for both the EMS and the Turbo kit. So here it is.

Lovefab Turbo kit:

-GT35R-coolant cooled-ball bearings
-TiAL 44mm
-HKS SSQ BOV
-RC 750cc injectors for RSX with clips
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump
-Tubular Exhaust Manifold (stainless steel)
-Precision 750 IC & polished piping
-Oil cooler
-Oil filter relocation kit
-Inline PRo 3mm HG
-3" downpipe (stainless steel)
-3" test pipe (stainless steel)
-3" exhaust to APEX N1 (stainless steel)
-ALL steel braided lines and even a tapped oil pan
-AEM EMS UEGO made for the DBW system. There is only one and this is it. AEM is not coming out with one.

I may have missed something but like I said this is the full kit from start to finish. My price is $8500 not including paypal and possible shipping fees. Mike at autowave in Cali has to do the tuning since he made this AEM Setup that works on the DBW. I'm not to sure of the differences but if you feel someone else could tune it that would be up to you. Now for some pictures. I'll put up a couple more when I find them.

Holy shit Phil---this is VERY surprising. Oh well, family certainly comes first! Best of luck in selling these items. Please let me know if I can help out in any way.

Yeah I know it sucks. A big part has to do with HAVING to get it tuned in Cali. I just don't have the time to get out there much. My wife just got a full time job and we work opposite shifts with different days off. If I could get it tuned out here I would've had it done along time ago. I'll send that heat wrap back to you. Thanks.

You know Phil, I don't think the EMS has to be tuned by Mike. I don't know that with a 100% confidence level, but unless he intentionally left out some "special" part needed to go FI, any AEM EMS tuner should be able to tune the car. I don't know. Very unfortunate.

Do not worry about the heat wrap. I sent it to you as a gift and certaintly don't need it back. Keep it, use it for whatever, or give it to somebody else who needs it. I am just trying to help out a friend.

What's the difference between a regular EMS and the EMS for the MY06 DBW system? Did AEM finally release a separate standalone for the MY06 models?

Well I should've mentioned it in the original post which I will after I finish this post.

There is ONLY this AEM EMS which has the ONLY prototype harness out there to work with the ecm for the DBW. AEM will not be coming out with one.

Boost and a AEM Serial gauge. I never did get to hook up the AEM Serial gauge though.
