I asked Art (Nsxnext1) if he would check out a stereo install that I had done elsewhere. He found a problem with the used amp I had (which is what the installer had claimed, but I was skeptical). I got a new amp, and since the first installer was more local to me (and he was right on about the amp) I went back to him.

I emailed Art and told him I would like to pay him and his tech for their time, since I did not come back for the install, and Art told me it was on the house. He told me if I ever needed anything else, to let him know.

I am a Tech Support Manager and Art is the kind of guy I try to hire: A true gentleman and a nice guy. AND he knows his stuff and is not afraid to share his knowledge with you.
