Hi, I just saw your ad and here is little tip for you
I recently bought FIPK with few missing part(edge trims, and brackets), but I got those parts from K&N for free.
So I called K&N and if I can request the missing parts, and they said if only the product were damaged by accident, they can give to me for customer satisfactory. So I lied I missed few parts when accident happened, then they request a proof of purchase or a picture of the FIPK in my car, so I took a picture and send it to them.
and thats it, they send the parts for free of charge.
Sorry for my really bad English, but I think it will help you somehow

Wow! I'm 3 days late. I picked one up brand new for $250. 
All it's really missing is hoses [some that replace the metal ones, not a big deal, it just makes your liquids / air pressure cooler] and maybe a few screws. And that bracket does belong there, it's to hold the filter in place. I's really a steal people.
BTW, when u crack VTEC, the sound is orgasmic! Especially if you have no exhaust! OMG! FIPK FTW!
