I noticed that you are only 9 days old on this site, so let me help you out.
You are asking for the least favorable color to be traded for the most desired color. In this case you will have 2 choices:
#1 Offer CASH. (200-300 for red, 150-200 for blk.)
or
#2 Select an OLDER S2000 02-03 and call it an even trade.
