Oh FYI, if it was a hit and run then your comprehensive (insurance) should cover it. Non moving violation and you're premium shouldn't increase.

the thing is that i need a whole new bumper, which people are charging me about 350ish. essentially i could find myself a used bumper and paint it myself, but i just dont want to put anymore money into this thing.
