I'm not really all that knowledgeable about computers so as for the technical specs you'll have to look them up. I provided the model number at the top of this post.

I haven't had any issues with the computer within the past 4 years of owning it. I only use it for surfing the web-car forums, doing online transactions and word processing. I'm a mac guy and use my mac laptop for stuff like-looking at p o rn and video editing/graphic stuff. So I hardly used the windows platform, so there is NO viruses.

I have included a picture of the only damaged part on the computer housing.

I'm also throwing in a sony dvd burner, I never got around to installing it because I don't know how to install it...
