Up for sale is a Spoon style snorkel. I purchased it a couple weeks ago from DW2ks from this for sale thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...f=107&t=837744
He was selling it for $160 shipped, and I am here to pay it forward and offer the snorkel for the same price.
Since purchasing it, I have decided I rather keep the money and put that toward eating a nice dinner, buying some shoes, putting it to savings, or help funding for a front lip. In other words, I rather let it go to someone else. I do prefer local pickup if possible.
The snorkel is made out of kevlar, and is made very very nicely. I was actually pleasantly surprised on how well it was made, and the condition it is in.
The snorkel is in absolutely good condition. The only little flaw I could really find/nit-pick about is at the mouth opening where it's a bit cracked. There's also a pen head size chip in the side (you can barely see it in picture 3 north of the neck bend). It was shipped to me like this, and is completely cosmetic. Otherwise, the overall piece is in great condition. I'm just trying to describe as much as possible for this snorkel so any potential buyer won't be surprised or anything of the sort.
Furthermore, the awesome packaging DW2ks shipped the item in will be reused. Bubble wrap galore!
To my knowledge, the snorkel was only mounted on the previous owner's car. I never mounted it on my car.
Just to try and answer some questions that might come up, I don't personally know if you will have to cut your hood or not. I generally found through searching the forums that it is NOT necessary, but it CAN be a tight fit. Do a search, there's plenty of people out there running this type of snorkel.
After receiving payment, I will ship the snorkel w/in a day or two(most likely that day if I can rush to the post office by the time they close). I am very fast at shipping items off (I used craigslist and eBay all the time) and I will provide you with a tracking number.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. PM or e-mail me
Thanks for looking!!!!!
