Suddenly miss my old exhaust...let me know if anyone has one for sale. i doubt i'll get one for as cheap as i sold mine

 

I think there was a 70RR for sale in the main marketplace.

 

How was the noise of the 70RR? Was it tolerable with a silencer?

 

The noise is disgusting with the silencer in, LOL. It sounds like the engine is having the life choked out of it (or it has asthma)! The drone isn't all that bad once you used to it.....or if you like the "performance" sounds.

BTW, I have one and I am located in the Ventura area. I have someone else looking at buying it, but I would rather not have to ship to Canada... PM me if you are interested.

 

never tried a silencer, but the exhaust is definitely VERY loud. I have a t1r 70-em currently and that thing is quiet compared to the j's.

 

Yeah, 70RR is way loud. Only reason why I have the 60RS.

Is the 70RS quieter? Does the 70RS make less power?

 

Nam, the RS is quieter and is resonated with a smaller muffler it seems, check out the one for sale in the regional MKT place so you can see what im talking about but yeah the RR is super loud and i love it

 

aww you just missed it. there was one for sale a week or 2 ago going for under 1k and it was in really good condition
