I'd recommend just buying one. I have 3 shift knobs that I change once in a while. I get bored and like to change it up often. One skinny, one ball, one similar to OEM (oval).

That's actually a good idea. Thanks for that. I already switch it up between the oem aluminum one and the pref. leather oem one.
