Hey all!

The other night, i got into an accident. I'm going to need to get a new hood and front bumper..

I was wondering.. should I upgrade and get a carbon fiber hood (since I need to buy a new one plus paint it..) would it be about the same amount of $$?

also, i need a new front bumper.. I've tried looking online for some aftermarket ones, but i've had trouble imagining some of them on my car.. (their pictures are horrible... or they are shown with aftermarket lip kits and such..) so i wouldn't know what they would look like alone.

i'd appreciate any advice on this... i need to decide soon! i can't be without a car due to work.. so i have to hurry!!!

Some stupid guy cut in front of me then slammed on his brakes to turn into an adult video store.. if the guy wouldn't have had a fu.cking trailer hitch, things wouldn't have been so bad. i wasn't going over 30 mph. ugh, enough ranting...

I say keep the stock hood, and look around on the front bumper... but stock is hott

 

i say sell the car and get the evo so i don't have to hear u talk about it anymore.

especially since i might be getting a job in miramar.. but either way, i have to get the car back to stock.....

 

If i was you i'd just go OEM hood, is very light and looks better than CF, i did once on my prelude and i ended up buying OEM in the end, wasting money .. about the front bumper, i'll be honest i LOVE the Ap1 bumper but since you need a new one, if i was you i'd get a Ap2 bumper + wait a bit for the crazy CR lip ,,, and yes you'll do good =) .,...

i drove the Evo to Jupiter and it was a smoother ride than my S. if i'm going to be driving an hour to and from work everyday.. it'll be better for me..

 

you don't have to drive all the way to miramar for a street corner...biscayne is a couple blocks away from you.
