The only acceptable form of payment will now be cash in person to a local member... call the police in his area and begin the process. Do NOT delay doing this. Alex is well aware of what this means as he was privy to what was going on during the visit I had to make to his "friend's" place. He has now committed mail fraud across state borders, which adds to the charges, and the FBI Mail Fraud Division needs to be informed, as well.

Not only does Alex owe the orginial amount, PLUS INTEREST, PLUS ANY BANK CHARGES but I also think he should pay, IN CASH, any collection fee (s) that a member from SoFla incurs while collecting this debt.

From what I have seen of this thread - give him 24 Hr ultimatum to Western Union funds - if not received report him.

 

LHP - this guy's been given waaaaaaay too many chances and seems to f*ck up all of them with either excuses or out-right .

Jason, call the cops. Perhaps an officer showing up on Alex's doorstep is what he needs.
