I would pay more attention to the paragrah title...."You may be entitled to a diminished-value claim in some states." This one is only valid in a handful of states out of the whole country, and florida is one of them.

Florida is not one of them. Florida law does not recognize Dimonition of Value. Trust me, I work for an insurace company. Odd they put that in there saying you may have a chance??????
