My brother is a vip host/promotor for Opium Night club at Hard Rock hotel & Casino - ---- http://www.seminolehardrockhollywood.com
My brother's friend is a promotor for south beach clubs: Mansion, Set, Mokai, Louis nightclub
So here is the breakdown how clubbing works in south beach. It is a lot easier to get into a club when its a mix of girls and guys. If you are 10 guys, you might never get in or it will take hours or you will get in like 2 at a time. If its a few guys, you can grab some girls from outside and go in within them. A mixed drink in south beach can cost around $16 bucks and 1 beer can be like $10. With spring break the prices might be even higher. Entrancecan be up to $40 depending on the night.
In south beach if u are a bunch of guys, its better to buy a bottle if you can afford it, can be expensive. If you buy bottles you won't have to pay for cover which saves you money, you dont have to pay all that money for drinks at the bar, and you wont wait outside. So it can be cheaper at the end. There are rules for that ... every club is different, they have bottle minimum and 1 bottle is only for 4 people, etc. The hottest girls are in south beach, especially during spring break. Each club has different DJ's and play different styles of music depending on the night.
The Hard Rock is a little different and thats where a lot of locals go to. The bottles are not as expensive and drinks are a lot cheaper and with spring break there will be a lot of girls too. There are 3 clubs, many outdoor bars and restaurants and plenty of gambling you can do. I posted the website above and you can google the club names. If you need any information just post it on here.
Restaurants: I am not too familar with them but south beach has some restaurants right off the ocean and you can also go to Bayside which is across the Miami heat arena. Havent be there in years so not sure how it is.
Things to look out for ---- nothing really, maybe the aggressive drivers or bad drivers. Been clubbing in south beach for over 10 years and never had a problem. As long as you don't drive into the bad neighborhoods, avoid confrontations with people, and dont act stupid you will be fine.
A lot of info but i hope it helps you out.

Mansion just recently renovated their night club about a month ago, my bro went there and it was crazy. After you decide what club you want to go and if u decide to get bottles. Just post up here a couple days before the weekend and the promotors usually can get a better deal for bottles compared to going through the company. But my bro and his friend don't like to waste their time which happens when u are in the business. So if you are 100% sure u will buy bottles bottles, let me know.

The best thing to do is call the clubs and see what the prices are. Right now its spring break and its going to be a lot more expensive. The prices will probably change around April. Hard Rock is going to always cheaper than miami cause miami is a tourist place and its always expensive. Thats the best way to do it.
