We also have a couple of friends of BlackMAMBA {my lil borther} with their Si's, which wanted to have a S2000 vs Si sofball game. If we are not able to get the number of players needed, then I think this idea is not bad at all. I have met them before {the Si group} and they are cool young guys. What do you guys think?

4hrs divided by 20 players = $2.22 per player... I say no brainer... Set it up, but keep in mind you might want to give some decent notice and have a couple back up players for those that sell out last minute... Collect the money at a Weds. night meet.

I don't think we need the field for 4hrs, but if you guys want to rent it for 4 hours we can do that and then chill there till the time expires.
Should we also do, Bring your own beer type of thing, or just increase the fee and we'll assign someone to buy beer for all or even better get a keg?
We need baseball bats and softballs and gloves. Please let me know who has bats,balls and gloves.

Can someone input if they have baseball/sofball equipment? or do we have to buy some? need to know to see what the fee will be to play. Please let me know if you guys want a keg or just bring your own beer?
