I just got my VeilSide V1 spoiler in sweetness...it's already being painted...so we have a Cuban Evo chick on this forum? I like! I have my history with DSM's...

Its actually both if you install an exhaust on your car youve hence Modded it and at the same time done a bit of tuning also. Therefor you have installed a part that will give you a bit more HP. Your just not seeing it in that sense, your caught up in the mainstream use of the word "TUNING". For example in Argentina, South America and in other countries in Europe they use the term "Tuning" to desrcibe the building of a car "Motor" wise or "Cosmeticaly" how do i know this you ask, simple ive been in their scene and this is the terminology they use.

UNFORTUNATELY.........

considering all exhaust are not created equal, your cars setup is gonna decide which exhaust you go with. If your car has forced induction, it's mostlikely gonna have a different exhaust vs. a car that is N/A. So in a way, yes, you are tuning. It may be the literal definition to the word, but it is true to a certain extent.
