Changing your fluids at 19,000 with ANYTHING is going to make the car seem a lot better, especially if it has been beat on, bt if the purple stuff floats your boat, go for it. Unless there is something wrong, though, changing the plugs at that early of an age is a waste of money. There probably won't be much buildup on the TB at 19k, and even so, I can't imagine idle being smoother due to a cleaning... spraying that crap in there takes too high a risk of getting the MAP sensor eaten alive.
well plugs are relativly cheap if your doing all the fluids its not going to hurt to change them while your at it as well as hit the TB with a Lil carb cleaner

No, it won't hurt, in the mechanical sense. But it will hurt your wallet! Why replace perfectly good platinum plugs? Honda NGK OEM plugs sell for aorund $50. The service manual doesn't specify changing them until 105k miles. So even if you take the conservative approach, why change them before 50k miles?

Correct, platinum plugs are not required. But your car comes with them so why not use them, at least for half their recommended life. Copper plugs work great, but should be replaced every 10-15k miles.
