Try getting a can of "Gunk" (I think that's what it's called. White & orange can.) and spraying it down good, then washing it off. That gets some or most of it out if it's not too old.

Yes it's called GUNK, big bottle at Auto Zone will cost you about $1.89 (Great for cleaning your engine Warren... which YOU NEED!!!!). Anyways, you can probably also give Formula 88 (Degreaser) a try!

I think cat litter only works if the oil is still fresh. I would agree with the above suggestions, Gunk. Also you might try Simple Green, full concentrate don't dilute it at all. Let it sit on the stain for a while and then use a power washer or heavy pressure hose nozzle.

Good luck!

dump some baby poweder in a little mountain over it and let it sit. This works well if your driveway is light colored- because the stains get cleaned up- but you will see light gray spots where they used to be.
