Default Community Rules regading Selling

We follow the same rules set forth by s2ki.com.

If you are not a registered owner, you cannot sell, period. No exceptions, no ifs, no buts, no anything. So if you're not an owner, and post a FS thread, then you can EXPECT to have your thread closed and removed.

See this thread for more info... http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.p...threadid=184409

Please be aware we are doing this to protect real owners and paying members from being defrauded. Note also that we let many things slide in here, but we have zero tolerance with regards to this. Thank you.

Tommy, assuming all FS threads in the South FL forums will lead to a face to face transaction, is it not redundant to follow the S2KI rules in this regard? If i'm not mistaken, the general site rules are to protect fraudulent activity when there is no personal contact throught the process.

I can't assume all local transactions will result in face to face contact. South FL covers many miles from Homestead to Boca Raton. Also other members, especially from the FL Club frequent this community forum.

This rule is directed at those who are not club members or regular participants of the club and/or non-S2000 owners.

I was prompted to post this yesterday after receiving a few PM's asking for clarification regarding this issue.
