Everything looks like is going to run smooth..
We made the claim today and the claim was filed...In a day or two the adjuster should call me to let me know whats going on.. Lets see how this turns out...

Insurance won't do anything without police report I think, I hope I'm wrong.

 

yeah they would but it'd count like if it was your fault(making ur own claim)

I did not get a police report and my insurance its not paying, his is..and is his fault not mine..I talked to his insurance and didn't say anything about a police report...

I feel your pain. I got backed into the other day, only problem was it happened while I was in class and I came back to my car and felt violated. Now my front bumper needs to be painted.. Good luck with everything.
