Seriously, they have two functions: Set up events/meets and get people banned that are obnoxious and bring nothing to the group. The former can be done by anyone and the last few COs have completely failed on the latter.

U guys just need someone to co-ordinate events and bring order. I am surprised as I was away a couple of years from this group how splintered it has become and how hard setting events appear to be currently. If you do not have someone that prioritizes this is going to be a free for all and no one wins as events will be planned on the same day etc.

Problem is that it is a thankless job and u need a thick hide to do it.
