ok, so im going home to pick up some clothes beccause i was sleeping at a friends house. and im leaving The District and it was starting to rain. so i decided not to get on the expressway.. (just in case) so i took the lower streets. i got a little lost, when i realized that i was going down a one way street, going the opposite direction. thank god there wasnt alot of cars on the street.. but anyway. as soon as i could make a turn i did. and of course with my luck, another one way street and im going the wrong way again. so finally im going the right way on the street, but im completely disoriented.. thats when i realized that im in the middle of the ghetto. there are all these bums standing around and people sleeping on the floors. so i thought to myself, "i got to get out of here!" so i start going a little fast, but im still completely lost. and i get to n. flager and 19.. (i still dont know where that is...) and i didnt notice there was a huge MASSIVE puddle that was covering the entire road.. i hit it going a good speed. i spun out of control and hit the lamp post. i totally messed up my suspension. and i cracked my tail light and i dented my back bumper...

i dont know what my parents are going to do about the insurance. i think if they claim it, when it comes to renew the insurance they are going to charge me ALOT of money. and insurance is alot of money now as it is...

so now im car less.. and on top of things, to make things worst. my guyfriend was being such a dick about it. i called him to ask him to help me. and hes like "oh well theres nothing i can do about it. just call you dad.. " wtf?! thanks alot a-hole!

 

Damn sorry about your, hope ya feel alright and things come out good. And another thing, situations like this makes you see who your real friends are.

First thing... Glad you are ok. It's the most important thing after all.

Second, don't ever be scared driving down the ghetto be it liberty city or overtown. The first sign you give that you are scared is when something might happen. Just drive around like you know where you are going and that you don't give a crap. I've driven through bad parts a lot, it's sometimes the ONLY way you get to know the area.

Third, get ready to get raped by the insurance company. From what I take it you are young, and depending if there are any other claims done before or not. Thing is the S' rates are already high because of the seats being stolen and claims against the car.

thanks everyone for your concern. im glad i didnt get hurt. only my car, and thats just materials, it can be fixed.

but the problem is now, when will it be fixed? my parents just bought a house, and my sister just got married, so my dad says he doesnt have the money to fix up the car right now.. so i dont know what im going to do..
