Default custom exhaust

Called caribe mufflers, they only had 2.5 or 3 inch piping. I was planning on getting a custom single exhaust with 2.75 inch piping and a resonator.

Also, called a couple of places and they dont seem to have manderel bends, but crush bends which Ive heard are not as good but I dont think it would make that big of a difference since the S doesnt have that many bends comparing it to the stock exhaust.

Anyone do something similar or know a place where I can get this done.

Thanks

well have been calling a couple of places, but not many have 2.75 piping. Only one muffler shop recommended a place which might have it . Miami mufflers. Plus he said they have manderel bend..

Ifyour gonna get a custome exhaust made you should use MIami muffler, they do mandrel bends and all. But it really is kinda pointless compared to just buying one made for the car, and its not that much cheaper. Plus with most exhausts that are sold for this car you can get sound clips of what they sound like BEFORE you buy it; whereas, in this case you wont know until you pick the car up.

The exhaust I wanted is a t1r which is 800 dollars used. Caribe told me they can do the exhaust for 100 dollars for the single piping either 2.5 or 3 inch. but they use crush bends.

The most this place can charge me is around 200 I'm thinking for the piping.

I just don't know if manderel bends is that much better than crush bends. Plus if a stock motor can perform optimal with 3 inch piping
