Will, you can still buy property there in the 190K. My friend was looking there and missed out on a property, and this was in April of this year.

True, i grew up in Kendall but the thing with Kendall is that its not an incorporated city. So its still considered just a regular suburb in Miami.

Hialeah rocks man, seriously, it has it's "charm" ...

I like the dolphins and lions in front of the houses there .... for me, it doesn't get better than that, I mean, just look @ the "unique" factors that Hialeah has, I think it's a very very charmi crazy city on a weird way ... is hard to explain

Wii, prices are way down still, you guys can find sweet deals now .. even in Doral ... I wish I could get a second mortgage right now just for renting ... i wish.

Max, I didn't know that in 97 you bought a house, nice man!

i live in Doral Isles. its nice, don't think Doral is anything special enough to be voted #2.

oh yea im sick of HOA and Doral cops. When i move out of my parents place, don't plan on moving to any gated communities. **** THEM!

I live in Doral... and I didnt think it was anything special either. The only special thing is that there might be more cops patrolling Doral than the whole freakin Miami Dade county....

i got bitched at for saying this by my bro. Doral is very good, its a clean town, lots of schools, parks, 2 big malls, lots of offices, sits between turnpike, palmetto and 836, airport is near... etc.
