This is from the autocross site regarding Hollywood Greyhound track:

"There is a noise restriction at the site, due to its being located in a residential area. NO LOUD cars will be allowed to run, Period. If you think your car is loud, or others have told you your car is loud. You will not be allowed to run. We can not put the future use of this site in jeopardy.
