Typically tow hooks aren't used because they'll bend anyway. The dyno straps run over the top of the lower A arms and hook to the dyno itself on the front so no need for any hooking locations under the car.

Question: If the wheels are turning forward why would you tie the car pulling towards the front, wouldn't that help the momentum process

You think that's bad? I'm looking to get 177WHP at very best, of course on a 1940LB car that would be the equivalent to about 320WHP on any other car...
