I got by mail a notice of Hallandale City Code violation for failure to stop at a red light making right-hand turn. Intersection cameras got me rolling when red light was on. NO traffic signs before intersection such as "no turn on red light" or similar. They attached one photo of my car (with brake lights ON)before intersection and another photo (after 1 second interval) when I rolling right in the middle of intersection.
Civil penalty fine is 125.00$

Is there any way to fight a City hall? Does traffic clinics helps to fight City Code Violations?

And how they can fine owner of the vehicle without any prove who's sitting in drivers seat?

I know this is good revenue to the companies who installing these traffic systems

Any ideas welcome
