Forgot to Mention
August 28th I got my real estate license. One of the reasons I have not been around alot. So, if you have any needs in the area of real estate let me know.
Hopefully, recent upgrades to my car will be done by this weekend and I'll be able to show up next Tuesday.

Almost cheaper now to buy land and build what I want.
