Just a friendly fyi...
If you are banned, please stay banned and go post somewhere else. I'm tired of getting PMs about individuals coming back under 8000 different names.
People that have been banned sometimes do come back as regular members and contribute to the community... bouncing back under a new screen names every day (and twice on Saturday) really isn't helping your cause if/when you want to come back.

I used to be a lot more compassionate.. sometimes (and I can admit I happen to be one of those people)..I'll escalate an issue and would hate to have a post locked or deleted without being able to reply or express my viewpoints....
Having said that, I always was careful not to cross the personal-attack-boundary...
After some incidents recently, my tolerance windows has shrunk, so I'm going to be a bit quicker with locking threads and deleting them. If you think your post was borderline, don't be surprised if it's gone.

Let's try this again.....
Today, I had to shut down two threads...I probably should have shut down both of them much much earlier but I gave people the benefit of the doubt..
I'm not doing that anymore...
If I see ANY personal attacks..the thread will be deleted and you will be suspended... If it happens multiple times, buy a Focus, I hear they have a nice online forum you can join.
