Hi everybody,
Finally i got internet hehe. I've been here with my fam for vacation for almost 2 weeks. Really nice place. My dad and my moms parents are from here but live in curacao before she was born and same with my dad.
The island has changed a lot. I still have to take some pics of the tunneling work that has been going on for the past 8 yrs or more i guess. But just want to share some pictures I took in the plane, and to see a one of kind airport in the world that I know off. I remember that I had to fly always to portugal and then fly with a smaller planne to here because the airport was to short, but now, no more problems . One thing I love form here are the roads with all the curves, wish I had a better car then a diesel jeep cherokee to drive around . Hope everything is going good down there in Miami with the hurricane that almost came there and the one that is kinda not heading there.

Wow, Nice. My wife was born there and her whole family is from Madeira. My father-in-law is there now for a few months visit. Looks great, we'll be headed there for a week next year. Enjoy and thanks for sharing pics.

 

If you can come here for 2 wks. Try and extend it, its worth it. So you can see the whole island.

 

hehe yeah i used one but she was hard, hehe

 

There's supposed to be good fishing there! My husband wants to go there to big game fish.
