There's a place somewhere in Miami where you can take a pic, and have the Miami skyline right behind it. I could've sworn I saw a pic of it here not long ago, but I can't remember.

Anyone know where that spot is?

Skyline spot:

Head over the I-395 bridge (going east). Make a right at the end like you are going to the helicopter pad. Keep driving around and you will find yourself underneath the I-395 bridge. Great shot of the skyline. Only problem, make sure you have a camera that takes great night shots as there is not much light there.

Glad to see this thread - I was wondering the same thing. Took this from under the bridge to Key Biscayne a couple weeks back.

 

I can help you take photos of your car if you'd like. I can take pictures with an SLR.

It would probably be nice to start before dusk and let the night start...

Most cameras can take decent night shots, you just need a tripod to allow the aperature to stay open longer letting in more light.

These are from the Rusty Pelican taken around 6.30PM last month with a Nikon SLR, no tripod though.

Under the 395 bridge sounds good. You'd get a great shot of the skyline with the AAA.
